Do your bicycles come fully assembled?

To ensure safe shipping, bicycles are delivered 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide.

How do I choose the right frame size?

We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. Generally, sizing is based on your height and inseam measurement. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or up for more stability.

What is your return policy for bikes and gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycles that have been assembled or ridden.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the size of the bicycle frame.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All our bicycles come with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on components against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
