Package Your Gear
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective padding for bike components is secure.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
